Together with Peter Heuzinkveld from Tektor, we participated in the Benut de Overruimte challenge with our socially, environmentally, and culturally aware design, De Rode Kroon.

This creative challenge, hosted by Holland Houtland, sought ingenious plans to transform existing, oversized, or underutilised houses into multiple dwellings by cleverly making use of the “over-space”, ultimately contributing to the national goal of creating one million new homes by 2030.
