Together with Peter Heuzinkveld from Tektor, we're competing in the 'Benut de Overruimte' challenge with our socially, environmentally, and culturally aware design, De Rode Kroon.

This creative challenge, hosted by Holland Houtland, is open to all. It seeks ingenious plans to transform existing, oversized, or underutilised houses into two separate dwellings by cleverly making use of the 'over-space', ultimately aiming to contribute to the national goal of creating one million new homes by 2030.
