Our work was featured by Il Sole 24 Ore, Italy’s leading financial and business journal, in their Real Estate section. Article written by journalist Enrico Marro. Both in print and online version.

“Interesting interior furnishings were showcased in the exhibition Forward Furniture, hosted within two thousand square metres of a former dairy factory. Among them stands out the Sedia da Conversazione, a modular and transportable piece designed by Carmine Papa on commission from the private art gallery De Twee Pauwen, one of the leading galleries in the Netherlands. More than a bench, it is <<a sculptural exploration of shared experience>>, as the designer explains, allowing two people to sit side by side while facing in different directions, engaging in a silent dialogue deepened by the integrated bookshelf beneath the seat. Seen from above, its shape recalls that of traditional Japanese corner bridges, created to ward off demons. An invitation to sit, observe and connect, adaptable to countless settings and materials, from urban spaces to interiors, from wood to marble."
